I waited for 2 hours to have a tire leak checked, confirmed puncture and then repair. I was told repair would be $39. What I wasn’t told was that the patch would be an additional $11 and there woul confirmed puncture and then repair. I was told repair would be $39. What I wasn’t told was that the patch would be an additional $11 and there would be a miscellaneous charge of $10.99 for a total before taxes of $60.98. Final cost =$62.36! Waiting for 2 hours for this type of repair is something I never experienced and hope I never have to again! This was my first experience with Toyota Service and I’m far from impressed. At this point I would never recommend them. More

I can’t rate it right now. I was not happy with the 5 hours I had to wait. No one told me that what was being done to the car would take that long. Otherwise I would have ta I was not happy with the 5 hours I had to wait. No one told me that what was being done to the car would take that long. Otherwise I would have taken a ride to The Highlands and spent it with friends. AND I also am waiting to hear about my driver’s side rear door handle. It fell out into my hands. Supposedly it’s been ordered and “needs to be painted” before they can install it. I wonder how long I have to wait before I hear something. More
