This was my first time buying a new vehicle and the experience with Dan was great. Dan was very friendly from the start. Dan is a very down to earth person as well as funny we shared a lot of jokes. He went over everything about the Grand Cherokee that I wanted to know. So finally after a long negotiation due to myself and my wife asking a lot of questions we received a very good deal on a 2015 Grand Cherokee. Dan then went above and beyond to make sure the jeep was delivered to me on that same day even staying past his shift. Now after driving my new Jeep for the past two weeks I feel that this was the perfect buy for me. Also shopped Costco. Price was still better. I ordered the car from factory thru Westbury. Car arrived as ordered in about 4-5 weeks and they called to schedule delivery. When I went to pick it up they checked for additional factory money and found another $2,000 for Auto Show & Chrysler Finance. Westbury Finance Manager gave it all to me in added discounts from the agreed upon price without my knowledge or asking. Who does that? Car is great - exceeds my expectations, fantastic no charge extras from dealer and tremendous service support. Check them out if you are in the NY Metro Area. More
