Great cars Awful Dealer Last year I leased a Chrysler 200 from this dealership. Great car, too bad I will not be getting another one. The salesman lied about all the terms particularly the service. He did not provide me with a copy of the warranty. Now I am getting constant calls from an extended warranty company telling me my warranty was only for one year. I have no way of knowing because the sales manager "Asher" will not get on the phone or return my calls. He told me all regular service is included in the lease. Another lie! Every time I go for service they try to sell me services that are not included. Loaner cars are not available as I was promised. Their 5Star service center is in an industrial area, sandwiched between factories and warehouses. The Express Service takes hours. Got the picture? More

KAZI AND SUE WERE GREAT I have been a Jeep Owner for the past 20 years. My last purchase (with a different dealership) left me wanting to leave Jeep. I made a phone call, spoke with Sue who put me in touch with Kazi. I told Kazi exactly what I wanted, he stayed late to find it, came in the next day (on his day off) to meet with me and 2 days later I drove out of the dealership with the exact car I wanted. Pleasure dealing with them I had ben looking for a Ram 1500 for some time and finally found one at Westbury Dodge. Met up with Marty S. on Wednesday night to look at the one veh I had ben looking for a Ram 1500 for some time and finally found one at Westbury Dodge. Met up with Marty S. on Wednesday night to look at the one vehicle in particular that I was interested in. Sat with Marty for a bit and discussed some numbers and decided to to go home and give it some thought. Spoke with Marty two days later and we were able to wrok out a deal that was satisfactory to both parties interested. Marty was a real pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. He gave me his cell phone number and we communicated multiple times throughout the deal. He even corrected an issue I had two days later that I had, and for that I am greatly appreciative. I would recommend anyone in the market for a Dodge/ Ram vehicle to go and at least sit with Marty. More

Excellent Care Shawn Mayers handled the issue with my Fiat 500. The keys stopped working and a new set had to come from Fiat. Shawn patiently explained the issue and Shawn Mayers handled the issue with my Fiat 500. The keys stopped working and a new set had to come from Fiat. Shawn patiently explained the issue and promised to follow up. I think the most satisfying feeling I had was when Shawn called to give me bad news, that the keys would be delayed. I wrote to him that making a call when you have to give a customer bad news is rare and that I really appreciated him going the extra mile. There was going to be a delay in getting the keys but somehow Shawn was able to push through that and I am so happy I was able to get my card back today.
