I am very sorry that your wheels on your Wrangler are damaged. I have thoroughly investigated the situation including the video surveillance cameras, and interviewing the personnel involved with your vehicle. Your vehicle went straight into the Express Lane bay, and we used special jacks to rotate your wheels. In fact, the wheels never touched the ground. Most importantly, your vehicle was not brought in by you, and you called us 1 week after the vehicle was in our dealership.
