I was a little disappointed with the time it took for this service. I had an appointment at 7 am but when I called around 11 am to check on the vehicle no one had even looked at the vehicle. Why have an appointment or why not just make the appointment at 11 or later so I can do my business in the morning. I didn’t hear back about the car until around 2:30 and the car wasn’t done until 5.
