Sharing my experience with WESTON NISSAN, and although I love my NISSAN Truck, I will probably will never buy a new NISSAN vehicle again... Worst Customer service in South Florida.. Which is hard , the b love my NISSAN Truck, I will probably will never buy a new NISSAN vehicle again... Worst Customer service in South Florida.. Which is hard , the bar is set pretty high... but these people broke all records. Purchased a $60K Truck from them, within 3 days of driving it a noise every time the brakes were applied came about. took it back, their service department dragged their feet to fix the issue... Being that the Truck was 3 days old I complained to the service manager that they needed to fix this asap... instead of saying something remotely helpful, he said he didn't give a F** and that I had to wait and that now he was going to put me to the back of the line. I had to call NISSAN corporate to complain and eventually thanks to sales associate that sold me the car I was able to speak with the General manager which apologized and made service fix the issue with the vehicle and said he will get me a 3 year maintenance plan free for the inconvenience and that this would be addressed with the employees. I felt that was ok, I took the apology and went on to enjoy my truck! But wait the saga continues!!! A few months later NISSAN issued 3 recalls and the truck came do for service. I made an appointment and went to drop off the vehicle at 3pm. I was advised that the work would take about 2-2 and a half hours... So I told the service advisor Alex I was going to go home, He told me that was fine and he would call me when is done or if anything. I went home and at about 5 pm I called the dealer to check on the truck, I asked for Alex the operator told me he was in the service area checking on a vehicle but that when he got back to his desk I would receive a call from him. So I waited til about 5:45 when I noticed the service department closed at 6pm I called again, I was immediately told that the entire service department had gone home for the day? Where was my truck I Asked? I need it to go to work the next day! No one knew.... I asked to speak for a manager and the only one there was the Sales Manager, so I got a hold of him and explained that I needed my truck to get to work tomorrow and that no one knew if it was done, heck they didn't even know if the truck was in the service lot. He said he will call me back that was going to find out.... At this point I already knew the "Call you back Tactic" So I told him you go find my truck an I'm on my way there... and If you guys couldn't find it I was going to report it stolen to the police! I got there asked for the manager and he met me in the middle of the sales floor, asked me why did I say my car was stolen? I explained that when you don't know if someone's property that was left in your care was then that is called steeling... He then proceeded to throw the service paperwork in my face, told me I wasn't welcome on the dealership any more and I quote "..to go F** myself, my mother, my father and my entire family" ... In the middle of the sales floor with other customers sitting there with other sales people in the middle of negotiating a new car.... I responded in kind, told everyone there that this is how you get treated after you purchase a vehicle from them. He then came back out to call me an my wife more names... We did too... So BEWARE of this Nissan dealership, because this is management it is not an employee, this is management attitude towards customers... After you purchase the vehicle the couldn't care less to provide even sub par service... They have to insult you and humiliate you and throw you out of the dealer. More

Simply put I would never buy a vehicle from these guys ever again. Lack of organization, leadership and out right lies. They don't care about you personally or if you have a business and the money you're ever again. Lack of organization, leadership and out right lies. I've left 2 voice mails for the GM and have not gotten a call back aswell as a email to the sales manager. Small veteran owned businesses look elsewhere this isnt the spot for us! More
