If you need to speak to me, you can call me anytime. My credit was run 4 or 5 times without letting me know what he was doing, and he ended up with Nissan credit with the highest interest rate, when I know I could get it thru Nissan for less interest not 12% close to 13 and paying $800 a month and a contract that I couldn’t backup. I went to see him the next day, about the payments and he said oh don’t worry after a year and half you can refinance but I’m the one paying this horrible payment every month because of his ambitions. I left because I’m not the type of person to do a show and send him to xxxx. He even raised my vehicle price from the one I previously went for which I agree $34,000. Mr. de la Nuez change everything. I found gap insurance for $400 I told him about it and just ignore me. No worries I will make sure this will not happen to any other customer. I will be contacting any state agency, attorneys in Florida to let them know about what is going on at your dealership. This needs to stop .the salesman Is an excellent human been I have no complaints always trying to please the customer finding the correct car. More
