Weston Nissan is a privately owned and managed Nissan Dealership and offers approximately 600 new and pre-owned vehicles, many of which are housed under roof in our multi-level showroom. Our sales department is open seven days a week and service is performed Monday-Saturday. Weston Nissan has been given an A+ rating by the BBB and has served the Davie area for over 13 years.

Our issue was fixed by Adam Thompson the next afternoon who was absolutely amazing!! We will continue to do business with weston Nissan because of how nice and accommodating he was at resolving the issue so quickly. Wish everyone in customer service was like him.

So we thought things got resolved the day we came in and spoke with Adam. I tried reaching out to him at the beginning of the month to find out what happened to the check that was supposed to be mailed to us and never heard from him. Today I went into the dealership to get the car serviced and went to speak with him and found out he no longer worked there. I asked the service advisor to find out what happened to the check for me and when I came to pick up the car he said I had to speak with someone in sales he couldn’t do anything for me. I went to sales and tried to speak with a manager but waited 20 minutes and never got to speak with anyone at all. At this point it’s been over a month and the issue was never resolved so I guess nissan does not want to do business with us.
