Our convenient location is off Interstate 75 and Griffin Road, approximately 20 minutes from either Miami or Fort Lauderdale. Weston Nissan is a privately owned and managed Nissan Dealership and offers approximately 600 new and pre-owned vehicles, many of which are housed under roof in our multi-level showroom. Our sales department is open seven days a week and service is performed Monday-Saturday. Weston Nissan has been given an A+ rating by the BBB and has served the Davie area for over 13 years.

Still no solution to problem! Feel like I’m getting the run around. Received car with SEVERAL problems...told at Weston Nissan it was cosmetic. This problem was the busted headlight with water inside. Went to drive the van and the tire flopped on the road as I drove...very loud AND unsafe. I’m sorry ‘Weston Nissan’ but this is NOT cosmetic...this is your company selling an unsafe car. Not to mention, up here in North Carolina, this van could NOT pass our state inspections. After having the van in the shop for two days we ended up paying just over $2000 to get car repaired and up to date on services. Busted front headlamp was repaired, needed servicing, and two tires were in unsafe condition/bad condition...one tire had broken belts inside, check engine light on, ect ect. Next big problem was car covered in dents and scratches that didn’t show up in pictures at all! Called Weston Nissan and was told “what do you expect? It’s a used car”. Ok...now this car isn’t 5 or 10 years old. It’s not even 2 years old when we bought it. But ok...we had planned to fix it, as it was unsightly. Low and behold we check out the roof as we noticed the top brake light on roof was cracked and not working. We look down roof of van it there is a 4 foot VERY deep scratch and dent from where someone drove through something and deeply scratched the roof and there was RUST. You cannot tell me a scratch that deep with rust is cosmetic. This was a serious repair we should not have had to pay for. You can’t let rust just sit on a van. To repair the deep long scratch and rust repair cost about $1000. If you add the dents and dings...total bill came to $1600. The way I see it, we should never had to pay that $1000 to begin with. So here we are out $32,000 on a car we paid for in full up front and the last of our savings drained repairing this. We are NOT wealthy people. My husband works three jobs as a nurse and we are expecting our 8th baby in December. We need every penny we save/make/earn. I feel completely ripped off. We have saved our butts off for years and years which isn’t easy. After driving 2 cars over 20 years old...we have gotten tired of the costly repairs of two old cars. We thought this car would be a good investment and we could finally stop costly repair work. This new van we bought at Weston Nissan (Nissan NV 3500). Has drained us...financially. I have worried so much about this van. I’m so sick of stressing over something that should have been a happy purchase. Sometimes the stress of the repairs and money worry’s has just made me absolutely nauseaeous. Maybe we were treated this way because we paid in full, they have our money now, who cares right? This is wrong. Not mention we have now had the car about 7 weeks. NO title. Also NO tags. I paid for this 7 weeks ago. Last week I was driving around with expired dealer tags....still no tags. Called our tag office and was told no papers have been filed and to call dealer. We called Weston Nissans tag lady and she overnighted a new 30 day dealer tag. Ok....great...at least I’m legal again. But I shouldn’t have had to call. When I called she still hadn’t processed our title/tag paperwork yet. MORE STRESS!!! I don’t know how much more I can deal with!
