Visit today 1/2/2020 at 1: 30 pm I have two Volvo cars at my home, I went for service today at 1 pm as a walk in and Luis told me I had to wait for 5 cars ahead of me, I was willing t I have two Volvo cars at my home, I went for service today at 1 pm as a walk in and Luis told me I had to wait for 5 cars ahead of me, I was willing to wait but he told me, he did not want me in the waiting space at all, and if I left the car he would give it to me tomorrow. He told me that maintenance of a car was not an emergency, however he did not let me explain to him that my car has a noise and the brakes need to be checked.
