Excellent service I’m appreciative because I woke up to a flat tire (due to nails) embedded in the tire. I had various commitments that day which made this situation st I’m appreciative because I woke up to a flat tire (due to nails) embedded in the tire. I had various commitments that day which made this situation stressful. Normally I would have simply been calm. This was the wrong day for a flat tire. I called Volvo Weston because I could not locate my specific tire anywhere. Due to my stress level, I was not at my best concerning by behavior. (I sincerely Apologize) Juan was pleasant, decisive and helpful as he located the tire within minutes. I got my car to the service department on a spare.
