(she is very nervous driving in South florida with all of the aggressive drivers on the road and wanted to look at Volvo's because a friend of had bought one last year and loves it. We had never owned a Volvo or even considered one before but once we learned that they are the safest SUV on the road with a patented "steel cage" that is built into the body and surrounds and protects the passengers...we were sold right there!...it was just a matter of which model we were to pick out. I had called a few dealers and spoke to 2 different salesmen....... but when I called Weston Volvo, I was luckily directed to one particular salesman there and Im glad it was him. His name is Al Ismail. Al was not pushy, he really listened to my wife and I and then showed us what he had in stock and went over specific features and benefits of each....AL has great patience and has a very calm and easy demeanor...we felt very comfortable with Al. Bottomline is that we bought a 2013 Volvo XC90 from him that had just come in....it had some frontend damage, something he could tell I was concerned about. Al was very fair with us and fixed the front end, after we had already agreed on a price, without adding on any additional fee. I would highly recommend AL if you want to deal with a very fair salesman that makes you feel more like your speaking with a friend. More

As a single female buyer, it is often intimidating to enter a car dealership, but I must admit that doing business at Weston Volvo, and specifically with Pedro, was a very enjoyable experience. I had researched these cars for a few months before, and had even stopped by other Volvo dealerships, before coming into Weston. Once I arrived, I knew I had made the right decision. Everything was set to my pace, and I never felt rushed or harassed to make a decision. I decided to purchase the car I had come in to test drive and upon mentioning to Pedro that I wasn't crazy about a few little things on the car, he agreed to fix them at no charge and at my convenience. I am a big fan of car interiors and they noticed by just hear me talking and put a weather mat package without me asking, that is true customer service. My wife will love her XC90.
