Lexus taking it upon themselves to add extras I wouldn’t have picked. For starters I would never upgrade my wheels and why would I purchase both the carpet and rubber mat options. I’d spend that money on a sun roof instead of a moon roof. Thank God they didn’t add in a “protectant” package. Must admit the manufacturer knows they have you over a barrel with limited inventory at all dealerships and it could have been worse. Toyota dealer was adding a 10% premium for a RAV4 Prime (and probably got it). That kind of customer service will make a customer rethink dealer and brand loyalty. More
