The make ready team for clean and detail the cars before being sold need to be retrained. Lots of dirty spots and areas that were not cleaned in the interior of the vehicle which I was promised that the car being sold need to be retrained. Lots of dirty spots and areas that were not cleaned in the interior of the vehicle which I was promised that the car i was going to purchase will be “deep cleaned”. My elementary school-age daughter has more attention to detail and cleans better than this. More

Louis Black was extremely reluctant to handle the buyout on my Lexus via online. He insisted several times that I HAD to come to Westside to do the paperwork, when I asked several times if I could just go t on my Lexus via online. He insisted several times that I HAD to come to Westside to do the paperwork, when I asked several times if I could just go to Northside as I live in The Woodlands (closer to my home). Finally, he agreed to handle online. He messed up the paperwork a couple of times but finally it was completed. The finance guy, Joe Broussard, could not have been nicer. Maybe it is time for Louis to retire! More
