The dealership has good physical facility but I was not very impressed with the sales associate. Initially, Mike Bui seemed like a good sales associate. But I was disappointed later. I had to email and text many times to know the status of delivery. On the day of picking up my RX 350h he seemed to be in a rush to send me out of the gate because he wanted to attend another customer. since I had the cashiers check ready with me, I felt I was not very welcome. He did not explain even the basic new features, especially those related to driving assist. I had to learn them while driving back home (very scary in Houston traffic). Next day I called him to know about a concern I had about the charge from finance. He promised that I will get a call from Manny, the finance person, but I am still waiting (three days after) for the call. I expect a little more responsive treatment from a lexus dealership. More
