It was a busy day at this location when I took my car in for low tire issue and met Kathleen, my personal consultant for the first time. She was helpful & informative about the tire package I purchased w/ for low tire issue and met Kathleen, my personal consultant for the first time. She was helpful & informative about the tire package I purchased w/ my ES350. I was satisfied with the replacement of my new tire, but I noticed when I received my car back that the pressure on that tire was higher and not balanced with the other 3 tires. While the receptionists were pleasant, I had to go up to the counter to check on car status because I had been waiting a while. Come to find out that my car has been ready for a while, but she was by herself & busy so she was behind on letting the customers know. While the facility is nice, I feel that management needs to make sure there are enough employees coverages for a busy day in order to provide quality service. More
