Unfortunately, being our 1st time to visit the dealership, this was not a pleasant experience with Sales. Friendly, but not a good experience. Agreed upon a selling price, which was then listed dealership, this was not a pleasant experience with Sales. Friendly, but not a good experience. We had only discussed a selling price. Then we had an issue with the trade-in of our vehicle during this process as well. Spoke with the GM regarding this experience/issue, but he did not seem too concerned with our issue, Rather seemed upset that our original selling price was eventually honored. Seemed to be more upset with the employees who tried to right this wrong, rather than the criss-cross of selling price to final price that occurred. Regarding the Finance Department, Judy Patureau, was extremely helpful with great customer relations. The same can be said about Sales Manager, Sinh Pham. Both were wonderful! Highly recommend these 2 employees! More
