He found exactly what I was looking for and called me back immediately. By the time I finished my test drive Kyle escorted me to The finance department where Christian not only had all of the paperwork ready but set me up with the exact finance terms and payments I requested. From the time I arrived for the test drive to the time I was handed my new keys (including the explanation of car features) I was treated like a guest of honor given a white glove experience! I was in and out of the dealership in an hour and a half! Kyle Pender and Westside Lexus changed my thoughts of the entire car buying experience. I will never go anywhere else! More
