In addition to individual excellence in both knowledge and performance of their respective job titles at this dealership, the thing that really sets them apart (in my opinion) is the gold-standard transit and performance of their respective job titles at this dealership, the thing that really sets them apart (in my opinion) is the gold-standard transitions between teammates. Each person at the shop knows exactly who you should be working with to get your request done in the most timely, cordial and efficient manner ... and they walk you over to that person and introduce you. I was never left "hanging" or waiting for someone. They also have such a strong confidence in their products that they feel "free" to let you browse the showroom without a sales "shadow", though always making sure a rep is available to answer any question or concern.
