Disappointed in the quality of service I didn't receive a car wash. I was told that my wheel bearings could be checked during my service, but then was told "The guys were too busy". The las I didn't receive a car wash. I was told that my wheel bearings could be checked during my service, but then was told "The guys were too busy". The last time I was in there they forgot to put my service sticker on my windshield. During this visit, I was upsold on the 75 K service package which I'm now thinking is just a sales gimmick. Overall very dissatisfied with service here. Way over priced too! More

I always bring my vehicle for service to this MN dealer which is a half hour drive from my home in the opposite direction from my workplace and any other places I visit. To be told to stop by another time for a carwash is not acceptable to me. We live in MN and it is cold in MN so get the car wash operating or give me the money to get my wash done where desired. The carwash in my hometown was open the same day the dealership’s was closed. More
