Or because it was his practice, or WBL Subaru's practice. I emailed my complaint to Anthony, and emailed to his general manager about how I was treated. Theo GM emailed me back, and said I could come in and talk to him. Really? Just bought a new car 1.week later, elsewhere and am loving it. More
