Service plus. Today I went in to White Bear Lake Subaru for replacement wiper blades for my 2008 Tribeca, which I was told would be $49 each. The parts guy took tw Today I went in to White Bear Lake Subaru for replacement wiper blades for my 2008 Tribeca, which I was told would be $49 each. The parts guy took two much less expensive blades and removed the rubber strip and put it in my frame. What would have been $98 was $27. I am a senior on fixed income and I greatly appreciate this. He went above and beyond! Thanks! More

I Love my new dirty car The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because the new car that I purchased was not clean. The seller/ dealer did change the oil which was great but I also thought the car should have been detailed like must new cars are, ( bugs stuck to the front of the car and inside needed to be vacuumed and wiped down)when asked he said their really wasn’t enough time for it. The dealership offers a school after you have had your vehicle a few weeks to take you through it again to answer any questions on the vehicle, if you choose to attend. That is a great idea. More

She also gave me a heads up on a couple things to plan for on my next two visits. She was knowledgeable and very customer-focused. Having owned two previous Outbacks and done my preliminary research, I didn't need much of a sales pitch, and Mr. Vang respected that. Instead, he provided a very worthwhile and informative review of the product. He was helpful at the time of purchase and offered to his help with ownership in the future. More
