Was dealing with sales rep Ali Raza who was great…. We were working on getting to a price that worked for both of us. I explained that inwas dealing with Ali not him… i continued to walk out as i made it to the sidewalk this man came outside yelling at me like i was his son. We went back and forth for a minute and i finally was able to leave… This man is supposed to be a general manager! Extremely unprofessional. A coordinated effort, I had to bring my Trailhawk in for service and my Brother in Law was picking up a new 2026 Grand Cherokee....same day....., after a little snafu the sales team at Tasca put together a service and my Brother in Law was picking up a new 2026 Grand Cherokee....same day....., after a little snafu the sales team at Tasca put together a great deal for my brother, my other truck is in for service and they showed how when professional minds come together a resolution that benefits all parties can be found...the greater good.....kudos to Tasca for getting my Brother in Law into his new GC and..... special Kudos to Antoine and Jacob in service, their rockstar customer treatment in service is what drives the sales to Tasca, 1000 stars fellas, you are the heart of that place, without the excellence in service one would be hesitant to make a purchase More

The only dealership that was able to help me. I've been to Riverdale Jeep 2x and they could not help me and told me not to come back. Took my 2p25 jeep to the dealership I bright it from and coul I've been to Riverdale Jeep 2x and they could not help me and told me not to come back. Took my vehilce to Central ave jeep and they couldn't find a issueand hid paper work from me. Finally I went to Tasca Jeep and they found my issue in no time. Thanks to Jacob Colon. For being honest. Listening to me as a customer and confirming that I have a vehicle with issue. You ever have a problem this place is the go to place. Again thank you Tasca. More

I worked with Reinaldo Cruz, and he was absolutely fantastic. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Reinaldo was professional, communicative, and ensured that the repair was handled efficiently. It’s not always easy finding a service advisor you can trust, but he truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I brought my 2013 Jeep in to Tasca on Dec 13th to look at the air suspension and replace the engine mounts. After being told it was repaired, I picked up the Jeep on Dec 20th and drove about 3 miles to my ho the air suspension and replace the engine mounts. After being told it was repaired, I picked up the Jeep on Dec 20th and drove about 3 miles to my house. The next morning, while transporting my parents to a hospital in the Bronx, I felt a massive vibration and thumping. All the lug nuts on both front wheels were loose. Very loose. I tightened and torqued them correctly myself. The next morning, the Jeep was sitting on the front tires - Airbags! What a surprise! And the "service air suspension immediately" light was on - had never happened before. Took the Jeep back on Dec 23. Was now being told that both front air bags were leaking, and that the air lines "were blown". I know that the service tech screwed up. After 3 weeks of being told "the parts are being shipped", I was told I had best order the parts myself, which I did. I brought them the part (RF airbag) and they installed it. The day before I picked up the Jeep on Jan 31, I was told that the part I supplied had a leak and the Jeep was once again sitting on the front tires. I picked up the car and ordered a replacement RF airbag. I took the Jeep home, and have had tons of engine lights, which I am dealing with myself. There has been no leak in my airbags. I spent $7,816 with this dealership, and have never been more angry and disappointed at anyone in my Jeep life. The level of incompetence, negligence, and dishonesty is appalling. Avoid this place at all costs - they are crooks. More
