Jon Cox our salesman found the exact van we wanted and had it there in a matter of hours. We have 5 children and purchased a brand new Honda Odyssey. The vehicle is exactly what we needed. Jon was competent and knowledgeable, and also compassionate to our family. He was very up-front, honest, and not pushy at all. For financing, Matt Ricker was exceptional. He was efficient, he explained everything thoroughly, and most importantly he talked to my children and let them play with nearly everything in his office and never got frustrated. We got the exact payment we wanted in no time. Our experience exceeded our expectations, is 5-star worthy, and we will definitely send all of our friends in. routine oil and tire rotation The actual service was great. They also notified me that it was recommended to change the air filter. My only complaint is this is at least the second time that they have not reset the maintenance notification on the computer and it always comes up every time you turn the vehicle on that "maintenance is due"!! It is just irritating and it requires another visit to the dealership to get it rest. Very inconvenient! Everyone is very nice and always treats me well. I usually get in at my appointment time and out in very efficient time. More
