Purchased a van in 2009 (serviced there), went back to negotiate on an SUV, was assured they gave us the most for the 2009 which was in exceptional condition. The next day it was listed not for the 12,900 or 13,900 Tom said was the MOST he could ask for it. Instead it was listed for $16,000 and stated to be a superb vehicle. NO CUSTOMER LOYALTY! More

He responded quickly to every question, he provided us with loads more information than any other dealership we went to, and he never once made us feel pressured or uncomfortable. We will be returning to Steven for all of our future car purchases. He has earned a customer for life. Regarding finance -- what a fun experience (never thought that would be something I would say about finance...)! Matt made the whole experience so laid-back, made my children feel right at home, and had us laughing through it all. More

The staff at the dealership always goes above and beyond to provide the best buying experience possible. After the car purchase the people in parts and service continue that experience as I have observed after buying my first car in 2007 from Eric Martin, now the General Manager. People of note this time were George, Jon, Tom, Jason, Eric and Krista - thanks to all of you. This car is so amazing I doubt I will ever conquer all of the technology but I am trying and today am adding some accessories. Thanks again:) More
Not recommending this dealership due to service department Just had my 2009 Prius serviced & oil change done on Monday. I asked that the latch on the trunk of my sedan be checked because the rubber surface was Just had my 2009 Prius serviced & oil change done on Monday. I asked that the latch on the trunk of my sedan be checked because the rubber surface was gooey & leaving a black residue on my fingers. There were 2 screws where it was attached & it looked like an easy part fix. The past few visits I have felt like I was being part of a high pressure sales campaign by the service department. I felt like the service area had a daily quota to be met. I am always asked about changing cabin & engine air filters which really do not need to be changed that often!! I also was asked about changing my brake linings. Because of my suspicions about whether they were really needed at this time, I took my car to a local independent auto mechanic to evaluate. He stated that this service was not necessary at this time. The part that really upsets me is that the issue with the latch was never taken care of or discussed with me when the car was finished. I had to call them the next day to get an answer which involved a $279 fix!! I told the attendant that was outrageous & hung up. I have really lost all my faith & trust in this service department. With this experience, it is very questionable that I will return to this dealership for future service work or even future car purchases. More
