I was overwelmed at the fact that I was driving away in my new van at 11:00 the next morning. And in the exact color I was looking for. Ray was very helpful and worked through the negotiations in no time. Assisted me with applying for a loan. I explained I needed to have all paperwork in place when I arrived so that it could be a short turnaround time. Ray exceeded my expectations. Van was ready for the test drive. Paperwork was ready to go. Finance manager was ready. I was in and out under an hour. I wished I lived in that area so I could have my Honda serviced there. But I will be sure to call Ray next time I am looking for a vehicle. More
