Officially a Toyota Family! We haven't always started with Allan Nott when purchasing our vehicles, but we always end back up there! We purchased our daughters first vehicle from an individual, which ended up being a huge mistake, but Lisa Williams was there to pick up the pieces and put her in a 2007 Toyota Corolla that has been reliable and is on its way with her to Bowling Green State University for her junior year this fall. We had purchase a used Ford from Lisa in the past, and ended up trading it in on a Ford lease, not our best decision, but again Lisa was there to pick up the pieces and recently got us out of our lease and into a 2015 Toyota Highlander. We also own a 2010 Toyota Camry that Lisa sold us, its going strong with 151,000 miles. So I guess we are officially a Toyota Family and we couldn't be happier! Long story short, we will be avoiding the middle man going forward and heading straight to Allan Nott when we need another vehicle! Thank you Lisa Williams for not only being a great salesperson, but also a family friend! More

best experience of a new vehicle purchase we recently purchased a 2015 Rav4 limited from Tom Pseekos. I had never met Tom before this purchase and within the first few minutes of a conversatio we recently purchased a 2015 Rav4 limited from Tom Pseekos. I had never met Tom before this purchase and within the first few minutes of a conversation about what we were there for and wanting an appraisal on a trade in, he had us on a test drive in the vehicles we were interested in and the appraisal was ready by the time our test drives were done. It was like talking to your brother or just a close friend that you had known your whole life. This is how i always wanted to be treated at a dealership. I would highly recommend asking for Tom, just one of the nicest and most pleasant people i have ever dealt with. More

I totally understood the features available in my new car! Then Adam Cox was the sales manager that I dealt with for the "deal" I felt I paid a fair price and got a fair price for my trade in. He even knew that the features I was looking for had just come in on a truck 15 minutes earlier! A few other employees spoke to me at different times asking to help me even thought they knew was waiting for Ray! For financing, the manager in that department was so quick and I was able to get a low interest rate! Now, for the HR-V itself l I'm LOVING this car! It rides and handles so well, it's just fun to drive! I will be back when I wear this one out! More
