Just wanted to say that Adam Cox is what sold the vehicle to us. We were totally not thinking about leasing a vehicle until we talked with Adam about leasing. My wife loves the 2013 Honda Odyssey that we selected and the dealership had no problem getting the vehicle in from another location and adding the DVD Player System that we asked for. Paperwork went easy and fast. They definitely went out of their way to get us into a payment we were comfortable with and felt secure about the lease after talking with Adam. I would definitely recommend Adam in sales as he is up front and honest. Thanks again Allan Nott and Adam Cox for making our overall experience a pleasant one. More

This is a very friendly dealership. Everyone has a smile and appears happy to be working there. They are very helpful and courteous. I bought my trade in car there and had wonderful service while I owned the car. I must admit I was very disappointed in the trade in that I got for my car. It was essentially still a new car even though it was a 2010model. My car had 23,000 miles on it and was in excellent shape. it was regularly serviced at the dealership and I took very good care of my car. Actually, I was insulted by the trade in offered. In hind site I should have went to another dealership to see what kind of deal I could have gotten to compare. However, I did not do that. I was close to desperation to get a vehicle that I could get into and out of easily due to my arthritis. As a result I purchased a Rav 4 which is nice but does not have the options that I would have liked to have to make me happy with my new car. I have to accept responsibility for that, but in my conversation with my salesman, he new what I wanted and I think made me believe I could not afford what I wanted to get rid of the only Rav 4 on the lot. I would certainly buy another Toyota but I may look at a different dealership because of this experience. More

My family was looking into buying a used mini-van for our family and found the toyota sienna we bought on line, so we decided we would take a look at it. When we got there, we went into the main gallery and family and found the toyota sienna we bought on line, so we decided we would take a look at it. When we got there, we went into the main gallery and was immediatly greated by Brian. We told him our intention and he showed us the vehicle. As we were looking over the features we realized we couldn't get the automatic 3rd row seat adjusters to work. After several minutes of trying to figure it out, and with Brian a bit embarressed, we determined something was wrong. Without hesitation he said that they would get it fixed if we where still interested, and we were. Because the way we were paying for the vehicle was a little strange, we bought the vehicle the next day, and they had fixed the problem before that. Brian was very kind and patient (we had out two wild children with us). We bought the van and discovered, after we got home, that the DVD player was not working. We called Brian and he quickly set up a service appointment to get it looked at and fixed. They ended up having to replace the DVD player, and did so without hesitation. This has so far been the best car buying expereince we have ever had, even with the mechanical issues, and that was becasue Brian was so polite and caring to us the entire time. As I am writting this my, wife read it and said that the service workers were exceptional. She said Regina was great and another girl entertained the children while my wife used the restroom and offered a drink. More
