My family was looking into buying a used mini-van for our family and found the toyota sienna we bought on line, so we decided we would take a look at it. When we got there, we went into the main gallery and family and found the toyota sienna we bought on line, so we decided we would take a look at it. When we got there, we went into the main gallery and was immediatly greated by Brian. We told him our intention and he showed us the vehicle. As we were looking over the features we realized we couldn't get the automatic 3rd row seat adjusters to work. After several minutes of trying to figure it out, and with Brian a bit embarressed, we determined something was wrong. Without hesitation he said that they would get it fixed if we where still interested, and we were. Because the way we were paying for the vehicle was a little strange, we bought the vehicle the next day, and they had fixed the problem before that. Brian was very kind and patient (we had out two wild children with us). We bought the van and discovered, after we got home, that the DVD player was not working. We called Brian and he quickly set up a service appointment to get it looked at and fixed. They ended up having to replace the DVD player, and did so without hesitation. This has so far been the best car buying expereince we have ever had, even with the mechanical issues, and that was becasue Brian was so polite and caring to us the entire time. As I am writting this my, wife read it and said that the service workers were exceptional. She said Regina was great and another girl entertained the children while my wife used the restroom and offered a drink. More

As always the service was very good. I brought my car in for an oil change and asked them to look at a problem I was having - the inspection of the problem was at no charge which I greatly appreciated! A problem was discovered with the brakes and although they did have to keep my car overnight while the part was ordered the service was polite, respectful and considerate. If I had to complain about anything it was that the brake part was not in stock for my 2007 Honda Fit. I have brought my Fit to the dealership for service since purchasing the car from them and will continue to do so. More
We have been to Allan Nott and purchased two cars in the last few months (one used and one new) also our daughter purchase a new vehicle from them in that time frame. Every person you pass was very friendly and accommodating. There was no pressure in the sales, they let the cars sell them selves. Our salesman Shawn took very good care of us and our daughter. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Would send anyone to these guys to purchase a car. Our first experience with Shawn and Allan Nott we were looking for a used car in the $2500 range as a second vehicle. We were treated like we were there purchasing a brand new car. Shawn went out of his way to find us a great used honda accord in our price range. More
