We have been to Allan Nott and purchased two cars in the last few months (one used and one new) also our daughter purchase a new vehicle from them in that time frame. Every person you pass was very friendl last few months (one used and one new) also our daughter purchase a new vehicle from them in that time frame. Every person you pass was very friendly and accommodating. There was no pressure in the sales, they let the cars sell them selves. Our salesman Shawn took very good care of us and our daughter. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Would send anyone to these guys to purchase a car. Our first experience with Shawn and Allan Nott we were looking for a used car in the $2500 range as a second vehicle. We were treated like we were there purchasing a brand new car. Shawn went out of his way to find us a great used honda accord in our price range. More
As always the service was very good. I brought my car in for an oil change and asked them to look at a problem I was having - the inspection of the problem was at no charge which I greatly appreciated! A problem was discovered with the brakes and although they did have to keep my car overnight while the part was ordered the service was polite, respectful and considerate. If I had to complain about anything it was that the brake part was not in stock for my 2007 Honda Fit. I have brought my Fit to the dealership for service since purchasing the car from them and will continue to do so. More

Ray James was very helpful when my husband and I were looking at new cars. I was not sure what type of Honda I wanted, and Ray listened to what I wanted in a car and let me test drive different models looking at new cars. I never felt rushed or pressured and that meant a lot to me with this purchase. Ray kept me current with phone calls and made his phone available to me if I had questions. I have found this Honda dealer to be a great place to buy a car. And I love the free car washes!!!! More
When I arrived I did not have to wait and as usual, everyone was very friendly. I was there for the complimentary oil change and tire rotation. My overall experience was good, especially working with Brian. However, an incident with Mr. White left me feeling uncomfortable. There was a feature I wanted on the car, two wheel drive, that none of Brian. However, an incident with Mr. White left me feeling uncomfortable. There was a feature I wanted on the car, two wheel drive, that none of the cars on the lot had, so Brian asked Mr. White if he could find one for me. It appeared that Mr. White became very angry that I wanted two wheel drive, and told me that it would be very difficult to find a car that had two wheel drive. He also said he didn't understand why anyone would want two wheel drive, and voiced his opinion rather loudly. It was degrading to be spoken to in that manner in the show room especially in front of other customers. He was not professional, not courteous, nor respectful. I bought the CRV in spite of Mr. White, certainly not because of him. If it hadn't been for Brian working with me, I probably would have purchased a car at another dealership. I just hope that in the future when I bring the car in to be serviced, that I never had to come face-to-face with Mr. White. As far as I'm concerned, he is not an asset to your business. More
