Our initial contact with George was via email with follow up on the phone setting up our test drive. We showed up on a Saturday morning and quickly came to an agreement on the sale price of the vehicle. The dealership lost power from a storm that blew through the previous day, but we hardly noticed. The staff went into "old school" mode, and the paperwork was done by hand without a hitch. The deal was made and our delivery was scheduled for a few days later. When we returned, our delivery was so fast, we almost felt like we missed something! George was happy to accommodate us and our schedule without question or issue. He and the entire staff made the process very simple and quick. This was definitely the easiest car-buying experience we've ever had. More

She provided excellent customer service and delivered exactly what we asked for, a 2012, Crimson, Toyota Highlander with the bells and whistles necessary to help our family of four commute on the daily basis and provide comfort and peach on those oh, so important(and now enjoyable)long car rides. Before traveling to NC for vacation, we had our vehicle serviced for the first time. Again there was prompt service at the counter, we were provided taxi service to the mall, and notified when our vehicle was ready. Finally, I recently called to request all weather mats. Although I had to leave a message, Lisa returned my call, ordered what I needed and even saved me a 70 mile round trip to the dealership by offering to have them shipped directly to me. For anyone considering buying a vehicle, I would highly recommend Lisa Williams as a sales consultant and Allan Nott as your dealership. More
