The buying experience overall was ok. I appreciate how you all showed the way you came up with pricing on my vehicle. After I purchased the vehicle, it was apparent that the previous I appreciate how you all showed the way you came up with pricing on my vehicle. After I purchased the vehicle, it was apparent that the previous owner was a smoker (I didn't initially notice it as my nose isn't what it used to be. My wife later pointed it out). I would have appreciated more transparency with this during the purchasing process along with an explanation of what you all do to mitigate it. More

We were constantly being updated on the status of our Rav. When it was discovered we were going to need a part that was not in stock we were given a car to use to drive home.
