The temperature gauge stayed pegged out at the bottom on cold. I thought the thermostat was cooked. We went to two Honda dealers on I 75 north of Lima. One could not help us for 4 days and the other for one week. No suggestion of who else might help. My problem was not their problem. We called ahead to Allan Nott an hour down the road. They said they would make time. They called back and wanted to have the thermostat there when we arrived. We googled the avg price of repair which was $250.00. We were on the road in 3 hours total cost $179.00. What I was most impressed with is that my welfare was in their head. They thought ahead. I recalled the line from Gibran ... " through the hands of such of these God speaks and behind their eyes he smiles upon the earth." So to all the good folks at Allan Knott ... especially Jessica Randall and the service manager .. thanks for making a nice contribution to the human experience as well as fixing the car. More

Great Buying Experience We had never purchased a new vehicle as a family and did not know what to expect. He helped walk us through all of our options and helped us narrow down our choice of Odyssey by giving us an idea of cost. We never felt pressure to buy with Allan Nott, but came back to make our purchase there because we had such a good first experience. We interacted with several members of the sales staff and they were all extremely nice and willing to make us feel comfortable. We are glad we stepped foot in the dealership and appreciate all the time and effort they took to make our buying experience a good one.
