Stand up dealership, that's all you can ask! I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Whitten Brothers last fall. So far the vehicle seemed to be high quality. The buying process was pleasant and low pressure. The upper management is top notch and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is treated fairly. Rare positive experience purchasing a car. Kudos to Whitten Brothers! Now, there were other cars I was looking at that were priced a little lower, but Whitten Brothers was the best "deal" all things considered (quality of vehicle, warranty, customer service, management standing by their dealership, etc.). I will definitely consider them the next time I'm ready to purchase another vehicle. More

Whitten reached out to schedule a test drive and to request that I email my driver's license and current insurance. I arrived for my test drive and the car was ready to go with the A/C on. No waiting!!!! After I completed my test drive, I discussed numbers with Mo and Ron. I was not prepared to purchase then and there, and they did not try any funky tactics to make the sale that day. They followed up with email and I was able to email back on my proposed purchase price. We agreed and set up a time to close on the deal. I completed my paperwork, provided down payment, and drove off in my new car. Overall it was my best new car purchase experience. More

Our sales consultant- Melvin - was very helpful ensuring through the test drive process that my daughter was actually comfortable with the car. Closure of the process was fairly smooth and fast. Like other dealerships, they did try to sell add-ons, but were not too pushy. In my case- I had to go back to get an add-on installed after purchase of the car. Dealership did provide me a good price and prompt service. Overall a prompt, smooth and pleasant experience. More

Surprisinigly Good Experience Like so many people I'm not a fan of the whole buying a new car thing, but our experience with Whitten Bros. Mazda was surprisingly pleasant. Pleasant Like so many people I'm not a fan of the whole buying a new car thing, but our experience with Whitten Bros. Mazda was surprisingly pleasant. Pleasant enough that we ended up buying a new CX-5 on the spot - despite our initial plan to leave and think about it! Harold Toast was informed on his product, wasn't pushy, and made us feel comfortable dealing with him. Same for Nick the manager who gave us a reasonable price and fair trade-in allowance. Not so great though is the picking up the car stage. The paperwork aspect on the financial side could be improved, but that may be the case at all dealerships. And at this stage I wasn't in the mood for the hard sell on the extras - sealants, warranty extensions, etc. I just wanted to get my new car! To be fair this is probably the same at all dealerships, and upselling is part of it, so I don't fault Whitten so much as the industry practice. Despite that it was a surprisingly good experience and we are enjoying our new CX-5 immensely. So thanks. More
