Darius was very nice and helpful. It seemed like the service dept. was understaffed though since Darius was multitasking and there didn't seem to be anyone else around. When I called to make my service appt., nobody ever picked up the phone, so the admin person answered my questions and scheduled my appt. Unfortunately, our services were not done the day we expected them to be. Thankfully, we were given a loaner car so that we were not without a vehicle. It took over 3 HOURS for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited there and the longest I have ever had to wait was for 1 1/2 hours. My wife and I were looking for a used car and had stopped at many Dealerships to see what they had to offer. We test drove a half dozen cars and found a Civic that we were interested in and mad an offer to b at many Dealerships to see what they had to offer. We test drove a half dozen cars and found a Civic that we were interested in and mad an offer to buy it on a Saturday late afternoon. We were to return on Monday to finalize the deal. We were on our way to the dealer ship when our salesman called us to let us know that there was an issue with the car we picked out. We arrived at Wilde Eastown Honda to find out that the car would not be available due to a mechanical issue. There was another civic on the lot that we drove, but like the first one better. When we parked the second one next an Accord, we asked them about that one. we took it for a test drive and purchased it. It was a year older than the civic but had the same number of miles on it. We bought that one instead and they worked the numbers so it virtually the same price. Thank you for the work you did for us! Seanm More
