He made me feel welcome and was very patient with me. Since I wasn't sure what I wanted he offered me the opportunity to test drive a couple vehicles and made sure I understood the differences between each. As I've mentioned it had been some time since I'd purchased a vehicle and the technology has really changed. In the end, Tony made sure I understood everything about the SUV I purchased and gave me plenty of time to ask questions. Given that I'm a 60 something female, that's saying something.
