Alex provided an exceptional car buying experience. I set up an appointment a day prior to my visit to test drive a vehicle and Alex had the vehicle waiting up front as I pulled into the parking lot. After a thorough overview of the vehicle and a test drive, Alex patiently answered all my questions about not only that vehicle but another one as well. Alex laid out all the options for both vehicles and never pressured me into deciding on one. I am very happy with the vehicle I purchased and with Alex’s follow-up to make sure all was going well with the vehicle. On a side note… As a dog lover, I found it fun to exchange dog stories with Alex. More
