My first Honda purchase experience When I arrived, I wasn’t in the best of moods as vehicle shopping can be exhausting. My sales person listened to what I wanted and didn’t waste my time with useless options, didn’t try and oversell me, he just simply took me to the vehicle he heard me describe. He was spot on! Working with him and the manager of sales was easy, beyond fair, and no high-pressure moments. I went home to think and decided that indeed this is what I wanted to do. When I came back in to purchase/pickup my vehicle they made me feel important and valued. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience and made sure I felt that I got the deal of the century. Even once I got to the financing/end portion of the process my experience continued to exceed my expectations. Often if your experience with the sales dept is great… the honeymoon period ends once you get to the financing portion. It didn’t! She was very personable and helpful, and I felt like she was a friend. I would recommend Wilde Honda East Madison!
