He was very charismatic and patient with us and our situation throughout the whole process. We originally had our eye on a 2015 model but with Josh's guidance we were able to narrow it down to the car we actually bought from him. He worked very diligently in figuring out the best deal for us. He communicated with us well, even after hours. It was the end of the month so it was very busy time at the dealership, but he didn't forget about us despite having other clients at the time. He was nothing but helpful from start to finish and he has even followed up with us after the fact to make sure everything is going well. For us, he was not just some pushy salesman looking to make good money, he was a very hardworking, charismatic, and genuine guy that helped turn our bad situation into a positive one.
