We made the decision it would be better to get a newer, more safe & reliable vehicle for our family sooner than later. One option was a Honda Pilot. We found a certified - used one online we were interested in. Shortly, after arriving at the dealership we took it for a test drive and made the quick decision to purchase it. We were even able to drive it home the same night. Chuck was easy to with and answered any questions we had during the sale. We have had several questions since then. He was patient, explained everything in great detail and gave me several options that helped me figure out how to buy the car I really wanted. Not only was Syed great with me, all the staff I encountered on my visits were friendly and welcoming. Karen in finance was really great to work with as well. With a bright personality that shines across the room, she went over all my paper work taking time to answer all my questions. I would revcomend this dealership to anyone who is looking at buying a vehicle. They really value their customers and go beyond what you would expect to make sure you are satisfied.
