She worked with me very closely to get a hitch receiver installed on my CRV. When the service techs brought up a different kind of hitch, Valerie instantly questioned it and called me right away to clarify what we were expecting to be installed. The price was very fair and ended up being less than we had expected. The hitch is installed beautifully. I am so glad we went with a Honda certified part, had Wilde install it, and had Val as our service adviser. Very impressed. More

Leticia was great! We had a very limited amount of time to spend at the dealership. Leticia helped me get the ball rolling so that when we arrived there (we live an hou We had a very limited amount of time to spend at the dealership. Leticia helped me get the ball rolling so that when we arrived there (we live an hour away) everything would be done and we could just take the car for a spin and get to the paperwork. She made sure everything was to our liking and had the car detailed and ready to go when we got there. The only negative that we experienced was the super hard sell of "extras" once we got into the financing part of it. My husband had to sign 4 different documents stating he was declining purchasing their extended warranty. What should have taken 15minutes to complete, took about 45 because the finance guy was trying really hard to sell us a variety of add-ons like gap insurance and scotch-guarding. Overall though, the experience was one of the best I have gone through buying a car, and the people and facilities there are amazing. Wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from them in the future. However I will still be a Wild customer because of the great knowledge, honesty and friendly manner of Cheryl Romo. I dealt briefly with several other service representatives at Wild. But Cheryl Romo stepped up and took ownership of my noisy starter problem. She listened, she explained and she made commitments she knew she could follow through on. The result is one very, very happy Wild customer, me. I owned a computer store for twelve years. If all my employees were Cheryl Romos I would still be in that business today. She is the epitome of what a sales & service company wants on their staff. More
