I had been car shopping in Waukesha for my niece but just couldn't I struck gold when I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Erica Boutelle! I had been car shopping in Waukesha for my niece but just couldn't find the right car or get the right information. I felt like other dealers were pushing cars on us with their boiler plate, patronizing sales pitch and we just were not comfortable with them. Erica listened to me explain the needs of my 20 year old niece and her new family, as they were just starting out in the Milwaukee area. Erica arranged for me to take a vehicle to Milwaukee to pick her up, so my niece could drive it back to Madison. Erica and her manager treated us with respect and ultimately offered us a deal we were very happy to accept. I would highly recommend Erica to anyone looking for a new or used car. More
