If you understand cars, he talks to you one way and if you don't he changes his approach to match the customer. He is the person I send my wife to. I own 3 Hondas and recently bought a new car from Wilde. Jose is my service advisor. He is the person I call when I want work done on my Hondas. If he says it needs to be addressed, I don't question the guy. I got to much stuff going on in life to have to worry about my vehicle. It's what I pay Jose for. More

Janet even took it a step further by having the car prepped and on the show room floor with a Big Red Bow as it was a Christmas present for my wife. I also have to say that finding out that the car came with free popcorn and car washes for life is a wonderful perk.. I will be replacing my car in the next couple of years and I will definitely be back to see Janet & Wilde. More

Instead of trying to upsell us, Veli delivered the vehicle we requested within minutes. After making a quick copy of our licenses, he handed us the keys and told us to enjoy the test drive (so much better than the days when the salesperson had to ride along). When it came time for financing, Eric H. offered us a great deal due to our top-notch credit rating. Then, Brent made the painful paperwork process fast an entertaining. Everyone was extremely friendly without being annoying and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. And the facility is bright, beautiful and clean (with the added bonus of free popcorn, water and coffee). I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely buy from them again! More
