As a first time car-buyer, and a reluctant one, at that, I was more than a little nervous about I had a wonderful experience at Wilde East Town Honda. As a first time car-buyer, and a reluctant one, at that, I was more than a little nervous about the whole process. I'd been putting it off and putting it off, mostly because I didn't want to have to deal with salespeople and being treated like a moron, either because of my age or because of my gender. However, it eventually came to the point where buying a car was a thing that needed to happen. Janet was wonderful! She didn't talk down to me at all, not even when I was asking for clarification on what I'm sure were very obvious points. It was very straightforward: when I said that I was interested in a Honda Fit, and only a Honda Fit, for the moment, that was what we worked with. Janet was great about explaining all of the options, and, when I opted for a "lower" option, did not push. At no point did I feel like I was being "upsold" anything; everyone was great about explaining why a particular upgrade would be good, but when I said no, they heard no and accepted it. Definitely far less awful than I was expecting, so far as to actually be a good experience! More
