Service Above and Beyond! We had to have our Pilot towed in for service- A/C system went. Since my husband works out of state during the week, I rely on carpooling to get my older kids to swim and soccer practice. I needed a bigger vehicle to be able to do my share and VALERIE RICH made this happen. Not only did she keep me up to date on our vehicle and the status of the parts that needed to be ordered in (we have Honda Care, and it requires new Honda parts) she called me the very next morning to inform me that the loaner Pilot had just come back in! She made sure it was saved for me. She definitely went above and beyond our expectations! More

Love the Wilde experience! I have been a Wilde customer since I purchased my 2014 CRV last November. The new car buying experience was wonderful with our salesperson, Jeremy Ma I have been a Wilde customer since I purchased my 2014 CRV last November. The new car buying experience was wonderful with our salesperson, Jeremy Martin. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and low pressure. He even let us take a test drive without him! My last experience buying a Honda at another dealership wasn't pleasant. The salesman wouldn't let me take the car alone, and when he drove with me, he wouldn't let me take the car on the beltline (where I drove every day!) and made me drive around on roads out in the country by the dealership. I feel that Jeremy and Wilde gave me a fair deal on a beautiful car that I just love! The whole experience was great! We regularly come into Wilde for the free car washes that came with our CRV purchase. It is always quick and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They never make us feel like a bother because we're there for just a car wash! And while we're there, we enjoy visiting with our salesperson, Jeremy. Jeremy is always pleasant and chats with us a bit, if he's not busy. It's nice to be remembered after the sale! I recently came in for my first service experience when my car needed an oil change and tire rotation. I dealt with Wilde Service Representative, Val, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. She was just so pleasant to deal with! While I waited for my car, I visited the Wilde snack bar where coffee, water and popcorn are available. They also have a tv viewing and computer area for customers. I also took a look at the new vehicles and was approached by a nice salesman who answered my questions about the Honda Fit I was looking at. I told him I was there for service on my CRV, so he knew I wasn't going to buy but he was very pleasant and helpful anyway. In all the times I've been to Wilde, I've never felt pressured by Wilde sales people. This salesperson gave me a flyer about an upcoming Safety Week event at Wilde that offered a free digital fingerprint and photo safety bio document for children! Wow! Wilde cares about their relationship with the Madison community as well as their customers! All in all, I love the Wilde experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others looking for a new Honda or a used vehicle. And I know I will be back when it's time to buy my next Honda! More

Bought my First Newer Car 2014 Honda Accord I contacted the Wilde dealership after seeing a Honda Accord 2014 for a great deal. I spoke with Craig Fietzer who answered all my questions and set u I contacted the Wilde dealership after seeing a Honda Accord 2014 for a great deal. I spoke with Craig Fietzer who answered all my questions and set up a time for me to come test drive the vehicle. I live a few hours away and Craig did great in staying in touch with me on the status of the vehicle until I could get up to Madison. I test drove the car two days later and fell in love with the car. Craig was super helpful through the entire process because this was my first experience at a big dealer and this nice of a vehicle. Craig was highly knowledgeable pointing things out and answered every questioned I had. He created a positive no pressure atmosphere which was great for purchasing vehicle. Craig also did an outstanding job explaining all the warranty paperwork and explaining what certified preowned meant. Overall I was very very happy with Craig as my sales man and would by a car from this dealership and him again. After the deal was struck I went to the finance department with Brent Alexander. He was helped me through the paperwork process and explained everything to me. He got me a great rate and was friendly and knew the ins and outs of the giant mound of paperwork we went through. The car was washed, waxed, and topped off with fuel when I was going through the paperwork which was awesome. Overall I would give this dealership more stars if I could. I talk about how great Honda Wilde was to everyone now that I am showing off my sexy new car. I tell them it was "The Wilde Experience" More

Efficient and cost effective I worked with Laura at Wilde. She was always around to greet us with a smile. We were looking for a Honda Odyssey and they have by far the best select I worked with Laura at Wilde. She was always around to greet us with a smile.
