Hey everybody! Good customer service does STILL exist! I wanted to share that our experience at this Honda dealership was awesome! We have purchased many cars over the years, but this experience here made I wanted to share that our experience at this Honda dealership was awesome! We have purchased many cars over the years, but this experience here made it worth the drive in. We were at least 60 miles away! We had a sales consultant, that wasn't the "typical" SALES man. He was open and honest, sincere, knowledgeable and went out of his way to assist us. My husband and I had sustained some financial hardships over the past few years, and are on a squeaky tight budget. I loved that I could ask our sales representative questions on expected future repairs and actually get a honest answer. Even if it meant risking a sale, he was HONEST! WOW! We had THREE little kids with us, which was insane yes, for purchasing a vehicle, but necessary. Our wonderful consultant, went out of his way, even at one point bringing our kids slices of pizza! We bought the used Odessey that we were looking at and we love it. High miles, over 100,000, but for a Honda, we know it still has some good years left in it. We hope for at least another 200,000 miles or more! We shall see, but we celebrate this excellent buying experience and recommend the dealership. Everyone was courteous and friendly, sad to say that is a rare thing these days! More

I went to Wilde East Towne Honda around 4PM on a Saturday, when they close at 5. Chris took the time to sit with me and figure out what I was looking for in a car, and presented some options to me. He made the overall process as easy as it could be, and even though they closed at 5PM, that was not a problem to him and he took the time to make sure I was entirely satisfied with my purchase. I must admit that I checked out a dealer before Wilde East Towne and they did not compare by a long shot. It seemed they were more concerned with going home, which was not the case at Wilde. I purchased a 2012 Honda Accord and am so incredibly happy with my purchase! Chris was exceptional and could not have made the process any more pain-free! Shop at Wilde!! More

Horrible Communication I usually very much enjoy working with Wilde East Towne Honda, but this was certainly not the case for my last visit. I have the following complain I usually very much enjoy working with Wilde East Towne Honda, but this was certainly not the case for my last visit. I have the following complaints: 1. I was initially told by my service rep that the repair would be covered under the extended warranty. If ordered before 3pm, the parts come in the next day so I made an appointment appropriately. When I brought my vehicle in for the repair, I was informed that the service rep and repair technician later communicated in more detail and determined that the repair would not be covered. Because I would now be paying out of pocket, the part was never ordered and the repair was not made on the day I had scheduled. 2. I decided to file an insurance claim. On the day I filed the claim and insurance adjustor assessed the damage. I called my Wilde East Towne Honde service rep twice that day and she was never at her desk. I left her two voicemail messages explaining the situation and where things stand. I asked her to order the part. Knowing that she had plenty of time to put in the order, I expected the part to be in the next day (Saturday). I asked in the voicemail that I left to please call me back to let me know if I can bring my car in on Saturday. I was never called back. 3. On Saturday morning, I called to speak to my service rep. AGAIN I was told she was not at her desk. I then asked the service receptionist if she could find out when I'm supposed to bring in my car. For the next five minutes, I hear the receptionist relay my questions to my service rep who then answers her. The service receptionist then would relay the answer to me. I was told that the part would be in around Tuesday (what happened to next day delivery?!?!??!?) and the earliest they could get me in was Thursday. I asked what "around Tuesday" means- will it be in by Tuesday or not? At that point I was transferred (finally) to the service rep's phone. She checked her computer and told me that the part was actually in right then, so I could get the repair on Monday. 4. I brought my vehicle in on Monday and gave my service rep my claim # with the insurance company. Well into the afternoon, when I thought my car should be finished and I was about to call about its status, I got a call from Geico. My Geico rep stated that the service rep indicated that she was unaware that I had an adjustor assess the damage and that the two quotes were different (Geico's was lower). Val (the service rep) told Geico that she wasn't going to release the car to me until she had the payment in full and since the adjustor's quote was lower and Geico wasn't going to immediately pay the difference that she wasn't going to release my car. This is why I never received a phone call from her stating that my car was ready even though it had been done for some time! Again, Val never called me. Thankfully Geico did call me to tell me what was going on. Geico also said that they were unable to write a check directly to Wilde East Town because Val told them "she didn't have the Tax ID number of Wilde Eat Towne and she didn't want to go ask someone for it." However, it is standard practice for insurance companies to directly pay for repairs so I'm not sure why she didn't want to give them the Tax ID number. 5. After speaking with Geico, I called Val to find out if my car was done. It was, of course. She then started in launch into a story about her dealings with Geico, saying that she had "been around the world with them." I interrupted her to let her know that I had already spoken with them and I was aware that I would need to pay Wilde East Towne Honda in full myself and get later reimbursement from Geico. Overall, I can not believe the horrible communication skills I experienced! More
