Earned a customer for life! I went into Wilde East Towne Honda with a less than ideal but rebuilding credit situation so I was not too optimistic I would be able to leave with a I went into Wilde East Towne Honda with a less than ideal but rebuilding credit situation so I was not too optimistic I would be able to leave with a new car. I was placed with sales person Jerry Ortega who was very welcoming from the start. I was at first interested in two used cars and after test driving them both, decided on one. Next comes in someone from Finance named Steve Skow who was honest that I was definitely going to be a challenge to get financed but he was going to try to get it done for me. He told me that it may be better to get me into a brand new Honda Civic so I test drove that car and loved it and gave Steve the thumbs up to try for the Civic. He eventually came back to me to say the person he needed to talk to about getting the Civic was gone for the day (this was now 5 pm) and he promised to text my cell phone the next morning with news on what he was able to do. I have a hearing loss that makes talking on the phone pretty much impossible so I really appreciated that he was willing to use text messaging to talk with me. The next morning arrives and Steve texted me as he promised to do so and he said he has a deal for me that he worked really hard on to make happen for me. I then go back to Wilde and sat down with Steve who explained the deal. He said the APR would be higher for the first year as I needed to prove myself to the lender by making on time payments for one year, then I could get the loan refinanced after one year for a much lower APR rate. Everything looked great for me so I told Steve that we had a deal and we then proceeded to do the paperwork and Steve was very thorough in explaining every document I was signing. No other dealership has ever gone to bat for me the way the staff at Wilde did. Again my credit situation is challenged right now but has been getting better and I think the Wilde staff new that and helped me to get a new opportunity to continue rebuilding my credit. No other dealership even came close to the awesomeness of Wilde and their dedication. Wilde has absolutely earned a customer for life and I will definitely only think of Wilde East Towne Honda when the time comes to trade in the Civic. Thank you Wilde for the best car buying experience ever and thank you for your amazing dedication :) More

In the past we had gone to the other Honda dealership in Madison and were never really unhappy; but we thought we would give Wilde East Towne Honda a try since we live and work on this side of town. Avoiding beltline traffic is obviously a good thing if you can do so. In searching online for a new Accord we found a great deal on a Honda Certified 2012 Accord. I was able to meet with Conor Kuhnau over my lunch break and test drive the car. He was informative in explaining the differences between an Accord and a Camry and did so in a no pressure manner. His goal was my satisfaction, not "getting the sale". I came back in with my wife a day later to do the paperwork. We have three children so it was a little crazy but Conor had no problem showing the kids the play areas. He even "babysat" while we took care of the financing part which can take 30 minutes or so. Conor's service was exemplary and we are so glad that we chose this dealer. More

She tells me the things I absolutely have to get done for my car to be at peak performance -- as a real estate broker out in the field, that is a must -- and she tells me what preventive maintenance items are coming up, and what things I can do just to better extend the life of my vehicle.
