Extrordinary Customer Service This was my first experience with Wilde East Towne Honda and the first dealership that I've been to since I purchased my Accord 9 years ago. What a d This was my first experience with Wilde East Towne Honda and the first dealership that I've been to since I purchased my Accord 9 years ago. What a difference from what I remember back then! It was finally time to go into a bigger vehicle and my sales person Scott Jensen made sure that we found the perfect vehicle for me and my family, I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. He answered every question that I had and could not have been any easier to work with. My schedule is very busy and he was so accommodating. Even when I had to reschedule my appointment (twice) he completely understood. It was more like talking with a friend rather than a sales person, but I know that none of my friends know as much about the Pilot as Scott did! He linked my phone, programmed my stereo, adjusted all of my settings and then he and a co-worker even delivered the vehicle to my home.....after they closed for the night!!! What kind of a company does that? A company that is truly focused on customer service, that's who. I've had my new Pilot for a little over a month now and love it just as much as the day I got it.
