The check engine light came on in my 2011 Honda Pilot recently, (last week of January), and I brought it into the shop. My husband and I were met by Tony, who immediately impressed us with his kindness and knowledge after explaining what was going on with my vehicle. He advised us he would contact us as soon as the problem was known, which he did. Tony kept in contact and explained what the problem was, what steps would be taken, about how long it would take to fix, and an approximate price. He also assisted in setting up an appointment with ABRA to have some damage repaired that my car received a few months earlier. Tony’s customer service skills and attitude are exemplary. It's still working and I couldn't be happier. In addition, he gave me a discounted price (better than Octopus) on auto detailing and gave me a CRV loaner in the meantime.
