Excellent service department I bought my 2012 Fit at the Waukesha Wilde Honda dealership. This was my second Honda from Wilde, and I was so pleased with their service department I bought my 2012 Fit at the Waukesha Wilde Honda dealership. This was my second Honda from Wilde, and I was so pleased with their service department that I drove quite a bit further to get to Waukesha rather than get it serviced in the Madison area. When Wilde opened up their Madison dealership I gave it a try because it was much closer for me than Waukesha. During my first few visits I worked with Mike Spellman who exceeded my expectations each and every time. One visit was a walk-in appointment after a strange noise emitting from the front right wheel. A co-worker who is a very good DIY mechanic could not diagnose the issue so I took it in to Wilde after work. Mike had me bring it in, and 30 seconds after I drove it in he correctly diagnosed as a bent brake backing plate, and had it fixed in 20 minutes. After Mike was promoted to Assistant Service Manager, I worked with Louis Hardin on my last visit. Again, my expectations were exceeded. I am a very satisfied Wilde East Towne customer, which will definitely play a significant factor in my next new vehicle purchase. More

My search began online and I found a few used Hondas in my price range that seemed appealing. When I stopped out at Wilde, I was approached by Janet while I walked the lot. She was warm and welcoming. When she realized I was looking for a used vehicle, she introduced me to Jerry, who helped to put me in a few vehicles that fit my parameters for some test driving. He was very conscious of what my budget was based on my responses, and seemed to be in tune with finding just the right car for me. His no pressure approach was appreciated. The following day, I brought my husband back to drive the two vehicles I was considering. The Crosstour was definitely it. We spent a few hours at the dealership on a Saturday, and everything from intake of my trade (I got a fair value for this as well), to the completion of the financing and the common sense approach of the finance manager I worked with was positive and smooth. I would have liked a little more wiggle room in negotiating the price of the car, but then again, who wouldn't like a "steal." More
