I love my new car! While aimlessly searching for used cars on the internet, I noticed a couple listings from the used lot at Wilde Honda on the east side of Madison. The car that I was initially interested in did not fit my needs in terms of size or fuel efficiency. The salesperson I worked with, Jason Beckenbaugh, listened to me about what I needed in a vehicle and was very knowledgeable about their products. He showed me a 2003 Honda Civic that was in great condition and the timing belt plus many other maintenance services were recently done. I got a great deal on the car and the whole process went very smooth! I would definitely recommended Wilde Honda and Jason the salesperson for anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. More
Great Customer Service! I had clipped my sideview mirror on my garage, and of course, it broke off. I was able to get my car into the Honda service the very next day, and the repair was completed two days later. The entire staff was extremely friendly, directing me to where I needed to pull my car up, and showing me where to wait. My mechanic was exceptionally friendly. He did a wonderful job explaining how he would repair my car, gave me a quote, and even priced matched the cost of the repair from another Honda dealer. I came back two days later with a car that looked like it had never been damaged! Everyone was helpful and efficient and did a great job fixing my car! More

I could not get there for a couple days but they called me regularly to see if I had any further questions. When I got there, Jon was very nice and we looked through the inventory. He had already pulled out the one I spoke with him about on the phone and had it ready for a test drive. The price was very good - but it felt odd to not be able to negotiate a lower price. It seems that everywhere I read, I'm told to never just accept the price offered. They wouldn't budge on the price - but I guess I can't fault them on that since it was a great price. ...but of course, I had to try and felt a little disappointed that I was unsuccessful. More

As our vehicles were dying, we did alot of online research, then some dealer research and considered MDX, Pathfinder, Highlander, Grand Cherokee, Explorer and for some reason just thought Pilot was out of our price range, but when we finally took a closer look at Pilot, it was a very quick decision that it was more and better vehicle than all the other ones we researched AND it cost less than all of them. We had a '98 Civic hatchback before we had kids and loved it so we already know Honda quality/reputation/etc. Its hard to have a (large) car payment after a decade without one, but after considering our options, we think we got the best vehicle we could for the money we're spending. SERVICE: My wife submitted an online query and Veli got back to her very quickly and with a very cordial, personable message--Zimbrick sent more of a generic auto-reply type message. Veli getting to us quickly, but not being pushy was just right. When we came for our appointment, he had the Pilot we ended up buying right in front and he literally RAN from place to place to help us (getting our trade number, finding a touring model to compare to the EX-L, etc.) Karen did an equally great job writing up our financing and explaining everything to us. We never thought we'd ever drive a brand new vehicle, but now we are and we feel like we got a great vehicle and the whole process made us very comfortable. They had the advantage that we pretty much had to buy one, but they worked hard for our sale all the way. More
